Experienced Linux Operations Engineer

About the Position

Are you passionate about Linux and business-critical application operations? If so, you have the opportunity to play a key role in operating some of Denmark’s most business- and society-critical solutions. We are looking for an Experienced Linux Operations Engineer to join Netcompany Operations, with solid Linux expertise.

Responsibilities

As an experienced Operations Engineer, your responsibilities will typically include:

• Building and maintaining Linux-based environments and applications.
• Ensuring quality, optimization, and automation across environments and applications.
• Participating in ongoing operations projects, including major implementation and transition initiatives.
• Prioritizing and following up on customer requests within your area of responsibility.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we expect you to:

• Hold a degree in engineering, computer science, software, IT, or a similar field (bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent).
• Have several years of experience in a similar role.
• Be motivated by delivering optimal business- and mission-critical solutions.
• Have full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
