Expert DevOps Engineer

About the Position

Ciklum is looking for an Expert DevOps Engineer to join our team full-time in Canada. We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts, and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.

About the role:

As an Expert DevOps Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team, engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

• Help modernize and build out our AI-enabled cloud infrastructure, with AWS as primary and Azure as secondary.
• Architect and build cloud infrastructure supporting agentic AI platforms (account structure, environment design, etc.).
• Implement SDN micro-segmentation, including controls to contain or isolate rogue agent behavior.
• Develop centralized policy/control planes for governing agent access and actions.
• Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code (OpenTofu/Terramate, Ansible, GitHub Actions, etc.) to drive all of the above.

This isn't general cloud engineering; we need people who've actually built this kind of agentic-platform infrastructure before, not just traditional cloud architecture.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in AWS and Azure.
• Experience with Cloud Architecture and Large Language Model (LLM) Architecture.
