Expert IT Analyst with T24/Transact
Locations: Warszawa, Łódź, Gdańsk, Gdynia
Responsibilities
- Collect business requirements from stakeholders within program
- Analyze and document requirements as features and user stories
- Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to development teams
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a complex environment with numerous dependencies
- Support migration from legacy systems to banking platform
- Quickly understand business and technical contexts and onboard efficiently to the program
Requirements
- Proven experience with T24 / Transact
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong experience in the banking sector, preferably within large banking organizations
- Professional knowledge of banking products
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
- Proven experience working in large-scale programs with approximately 300+ employees
- Ability to work independently in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Ability to gather, document, and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a Nordic bank
- Hands-on experience with Hadoop
