About the Position
We are looking for an Expert IT Business Analyst to join our team in Warszawa, Łódź, Gdańsk, or Gdynia. As a recruitment company, DCG understands that every business is powered by experienced professionals. Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for an expert to fill this role.
Responsibilities
- Design new reporting solutions and prepare requirement specifications in collaboration with Product Owner, business analysts, IT analysts, developers, and testers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver sustainable and reliable solutions aligned with the target operating model
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT development team
- Facilitate understanding of business requirements and their technological impact
- Facilitate understanding of technology constraints and solutions within the business context
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation and business analysis
- Good understanding of data flow integration
- Ability to scrutinize data content and behavior using SQL
- Knowledge of trading and/or tax/transaction reporting to authorities
- Experience working with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a self-driven manner and manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex topics
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- 4+ years as Senior IT Analyst
Nice to Have
- Experience with XSLT
- Experience with BDD
- Experience with Communication Layer
- Foundational understanding of programming and ability to read code
- Familiarity with Capital Markets flows
