About the Position
We are seeking an Export Account Manager / Managerka z j. niemieckim to join our team in Kraków. Due to our continuous development and the large number of recruitment projects we conduct for our Partners, we are looking for a person for the position:
Export Account Manager / Managerka z j. niemieckim
Responsibilities
- Actively acquiring new clients and developing sales in foreign markets
- Preparing commercial offers tailored to client needs
- Providing product and technical advice on offered solutions
- Coordinating the order fulfillment process and collaborating with internal teams
- Participating in the creation and implementation of sales plans
- Building and developing a client base
- Participating in industry trade fairs and business events
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of German (C1) and Polish (minimum B2)
- Experience in conducting commercial negotiations
- Category B driving license
- Proficiency in using a computer – MS Office
- Planning and organization skills
- Openness to developing personal skills and competencies
- Ability to conduct commercial negotiations "live" and by phone
- Willingness to attend international delegations and participate in industry trade fairs
- Willingness to have monthly on-site meetings at the company headquarters in Kraków (two days a month)
- Willingness to work in the Kraków office (remote work possible for those with industry experience and from outside Kraków)
Nice to Have
- Experience in the lighting, electrical industry (or related)
- Experience in project/investment sales in the foreign market
- Experience in handling investments and knowledge of the local investment market
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships and commercial cooperation with architects, design offices, service companies, lighting manufacturers, and general contractors
- Technical education
- Knowledge of another foreign language
