About the Position
We are seeking an Export Account Manager/ Managerka z językiem francuskim to join our team in Kraków. As a recruitment agency, we understand that every solid business is driven by people with appropriately matched competencies. Due to our continuous development and the large number of recruitment projects we conduct for our Partners, we are looking for a person for the position of:
Export Account Manager/ Managerka z językiem francuskim
Responsibilities
- Active acquisition of new clients and sales development in foreign markets
- Preparation of commercial offers tailored to client needs
- Product and technical consulting on offered solutions
- Coordination of the order fulfillment process and cooperation with internal teams
- Participation in the creation and implementation of sales plans
- Building and developing a client base
- Participation in industry trade shows and business events
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of French (C1) and Polish (minimum B2)
- Experience in conducting commercial negotiations
- Category B driving license
- Proficiency in computer use – Microsoft Office
- Planning and work organization skills
- Openness to developing personal skills and competencies
- Ability to conduct commercial negotiations "live" and by phone
- Willingness to undertake foreign delegations and participate in industry trade shows
- Willingness to attend monthly on-site meetings at the company headquarters in Kraków (two days per month)
- Willingness to work in the Kraków office (remote work possible for experienced candidates outside Kraków)
Nice to Have
- Experience in the lighting, electrical, or related industry
- Experience in project/investment sales in the foreign market
- Experience in handling investments and knowledge of the local investment market
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships and commercial cooperation with architects, design offices, service companies, lighting manufacturers, and general contractors
- Technical education
- Knowledge of another foreign language
