Responsibilities

Learn about the relevant devices and networks, including the software, as well as their commissioning and maintenance.
Take on (partial) tasks in the administration of our customers' systems as well as monitor the customer systems (servers, workstations, network devices).
Provide telephone support to our external customers and be involved in on-site support at our customers' locations.

Requirements

After successfully completing secondary school, university entrance qualification, or vocational diploma.
Good grades in math, computer science, and physics.
Understanding of complex systems and the integration of hardware and software components.
Good IT skills and an interest in commercial and technical issues.
Enthusiasm for the entire range of information and telecommunications systems and the latest technological developments.
Self-confidence, communication skills, and open-mindedness.
