Facilities Analyst

About the Position

We are looking for a Facilities Analyst to join our team and participate in the development, enabling, and improvement of our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction, enabling, remodeling, and maintenance projects of infrastructure.
• Manage and monitor construction companies, contractors, and various technical specialties.
• Plan and control project schedules, budgets, and progress, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Support and manage municipal procedures with the Municipal Works Directorates (DOM).
• Work collaboratively with different areas of the company, facilitating project coordination and development.
• Identify improvement opportunities and incorporate new tools and technologies to optimize our way of working.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture, Civil Construction, or Construction Engineering.
• Experience of 2 to 4 years in coordination, supervision, or execution of infrastructure and construction projects.
• Experience in managing contractors and coordinating on-site works.
• General knowledge of municipal procedures with the DOM. Expertise is not necessary, but interest and willingness to learn are required.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Calendar).
• Interest in innovation, digital transformation, and the use of artificial intelligence tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the retail sector, especially in enabling, remodeling, or maintaining commercial premises.
