About the Position
Фахівець з кадрової документації / HR адміністратор
We are seeking a HR Specialist for a large FMCG company to manage employee documentation, records, and HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Оформлення приймання, переведення та звільнення працівників, створення проектів наказів
- Ведення обліку особового складу, журналів обліку, особових справ; збереження і заповнення трудових книжок, видавання довідок на вимогу
- Введення особових даних працівників в автоматизовану програму 1С
- Подача документів для відкриття карткових рахунків працівників у банку
- Введення в дію штатного розпису та змін до нього
- Оформлення відпусток, складання графіків відпусток
- Оформлення листків непрацездатності
Requirements
- Experience in HR: 3-5 years
- Proficiency in 1С software
- Strong organizational skills
