Role: Consultant
Salary: SEK 80,000 to SEK 90,000 per year
Work Model: Hybrid
I'm currently partnering with a well-established international organisation in the retail and distribution sector that is embarking on a major Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management transformation.
As they enter the early phases of this strategic programme, they are looking to appoint a D365 F&O Solution Architect who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future ERP landscape. This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of the journey, influence key architectural decisions, and help define the long-term technology roadmap for a global business.
The Role
As the Solution Architect, you will be responsible for driving the overall solution design and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology strategy. Working closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and delivery teams, you will:
- Lead solution design and architecture discussions across business and IT functions
- Define and design end-to-end D365 F&O solutions that support future business growth
- Establish the target ERP architecture, standards, and roadmap
- Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams
- Support the development of a scalable global template for international rollout
- Provide strategic guidance throughout the transformation programme
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure successful delivery and long-term value realisation
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- A proven track record of delivering end-to-end ERP implementations and transformations
- Strong knowledge of business processes within wholesale, distribution, or retail environments
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar strategic role
- A strong understanding of ERP best practices, governance, and solution design principles
