About the Position
Field Data Collector (Auditor)
Join NIQ as a Field Data Collector (Auditor) to conduct in-store data collection and retail audits for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products in KL & Selangor.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store data collection and retail audits for FMCG products.
- Recruit and maintain panel stores, distribute incentives, and build strong retailer relationships.
- Ensure data quality by revisiting stores, troubleshooting issues, and supporting backend systems.
- Contribute to team learning, share best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM) or any diploma from local universities.
- Any experience in FMCG retail sales or marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, have high integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency with smartphones, gadgets, and collaboration tools (Google, MS Office, Skype, etc.).
- Willingness to travel within KL & Selangor, conduct fieldwork in varying conditions, and engage with shopkeepers.
