Field Engineering Intern

About the Position

We are looking for a Field Engineering Intern to join our team and support industrial water treatment systems. This is a full-time, 12-week internship with an anticipated start date of May 2027.

Responsibilities

• Generate system drawings, PFDs, for use in on-site manuals and proposals
• Actively monitor process equipment performance through online tools
• Assist in completing monthly reporting requirements
• Perform field checks on process equipment (flows, pH, conductivity, chemical residuals, etc.)
• Work with supervisors on plant equipment optimization opportunities

Requirements

• Basic mechanical skills to help troubleshoot chemical feed equipment
• Computer skills - use of Gsuite, Visio, and online data Management
• Strong teamwork & communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and maintain deliverables in a fast-paced work environment
• Full-time availability for Summer 2027

Education

• Rising Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Compensation:

• The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly bench-marked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $21.32-$24.21 USD
