Responsibilities

You will:

• Assist clients in device installations and initial setup of systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in computer hardware and software
• Provide user support on applications and systems
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Offer basic network support

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support services, ideally in the field
• Confidence in addressing break/fix issues, typically supporting PCs and laptops
• Diagnostic and support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications and tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D & SCCM)
• Experience in OS, Apps, and Hardware installation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Good English and fluent Italian
• Availability to travel in the Milan area
• Driving license
