Field Sales Manager, Cross-Functional Team（全社横断フィールドセールス）

About the Position

We are seeking a Field Sales Manager for AnyMind Group to drive cross-functional sales strategies across multiple business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define project scopes: Conduct interviews to understand business challenges and design optimal solutions across multiple domains.
• Develop and propose solutions: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build integrated solution proposals.
• Drive deals and close sales: Work closely with IS and Marketing teams to advance discussions, refine plans, and close deals.
• Coordinate with business units: Support project definition, kickoff, requirement gathering, and progress management.
• Establish cross-functional sales systems: Optimize cross-functional sales models, build playbooks, and participate in sales and data visualization projects.

Requirements

• BtoB Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years in BtoB sales or consulting/solution proposal.
• Multi-stakeholder Engagement: Proven skills in driving discussions involving multiple stakeholders.
• Multi-product/Business Domain Experience: Experience or interest in handling multiple products or business domains.

Nice to Have

• Consulting/Advertising/EC/DX/Marketing Experience: Experience in consulting firms, advertising agencies, e-commerce, digital transformation, or marketing.
• Large Enterprise Account Experience: Experience in managing accounts for large enterprises.
• Cross-functional Project Management: Experience in driving cross-functional projects.
• Language Skills: Experience in English, Chinese, or ASEAN business environments.
• Startup Experience: Experience in startups or multi-business companies.
