Responsibilities

• Acquire customers in the field and convince them of our innovative solutions.
• Gather technical data from customers to assess the feasibility of the solution.
• Continuously expand your customer base by building your network.
• Use your skills in sales conversations to turn offers into successful orders.
• Continuously optimize your performance through regular feedback discussions with your manager.
• Help build the largest energy company of the 21st century with your contributions and the highly engaged sales team.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in sales of complex solutions, ideally in the field.
• A friendly, open, and communicative personality, as well as loyalty as a team player.
• Success and solution-oriented thinking with a positive demeanor.
• Emphasis on personal development and good career opportunities.
• Strong proactive motivation and enthusiasm for your goals and achievements.
• A Class B driver's license is required.
• Fluent verbal and written German skills.
