Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support at customer locations within a geographical region(s)
• Support customers in technical problems they have with their technical equipment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in IT support, including printers, servers, data centers, or enterprise-level projects
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
• Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills
• Willingness to commute long distances between customer sites
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability to support rotational schedules or on-call coverage when required
• Experience supporting HP servers or enterprise infrastructure (preferred)
