About the Position
We are seeking a proactive and organized Field Team Leader to manage and support a team of Field Auditors across day-to-day operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, supporting field activities, and maintaining strong communication with auditors and stakeholders.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
Team Management & Performance
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Field Auditors
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and compliance with operational standards
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions
- Provide on-the-job training and ongoing development support
Field Operations
- Coordinate fieldwork planning and visit assignments
- Monitor fieldwork progress and auditor utilization
- Support auditors in resolving operational and store-related challenges
- Conduct physical store checks and panel controls when required
Recruitment & Resource Coordination
- Support hiring activities including interviews and onboarding
- Manage resignation processes and related documentation
- Coordinate store recruitment activities and monitor progress
- Prepare and manage devices and hardware for auditors
Communication & Support
- Provide operational support via phone and chat
- Ensure timely communication, reminders, and follow-ups with field teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support client field visits
Administration & Projects
- Support finance and expense-related activities
- Maintain operational records and documentation
- Coordinate special projects and track project status updates
Requirements
- Experience in managing field or operational teams
- Proficiency in English, Kazakh, and Russian
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Fast learner with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Professional maturity and ability to work in a dynamic environment
