Reporting to the CFO (Kyiv)

Responsibilities

• Preparation of analytics to support management decisions.
• Participation in budget formation, forecasts, monthly assessments, and business planning.
• Conducting plan-fact analysis, identifying causes of deviations, and preparing recommendations for their elimination.
• Participation in the preparation of regular management financial reporting.
• Collection, verification, and analysis of financial and operational data, calculation, and monitoring of key performance indicators.
• Knowledge of key financial indicators: revenue, gross profit, margin, operating expenses, operating income, cash flow.
• Identification of financial and operational trends, forming conclusions and practical recommendations for the business.
• Monitoring operating expenses and controlling their compliance with the approved budget.
• Analysis of cash flows, profitability, and efficiency of individual business areas.
• Analysis and monitoring of commercial risks related to lending, assets, and other business processes.
• Interaction with related departments for the collection and analysis of financial and operational information.
• Participation in the improvement of management reporting systems and automation of financial processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, controlling, or management finance.
• Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and preparation of management reports.
• Experience in plan-fact analysis and explanation of financial deviations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of financial and operational data, confident proficiency in Excel.
• English language - B2 and above.
• Confident proficiency in Excel and experience with financial information systems.

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 09:00–18:00, Friday 09:00–16:45.
