About Your Role
In this role, you will join Weltrade’s executive leadership team, a high-accountability group responsible for shaping the financial and strategic resilience of a global trading organization. Your mission is to architect and execute Weltrade’s end-to-end financial strategy, ensuring stability, scalability, and disciplined growth across multiple jurisdictions and currencies. Your primary challenge will be to build and continuously optimize a unified financial ecosystem: covering FP&A, treasury, liquidity, reporting, tax, and financial risk management, capable of sustaining rapid international expansion under regulated and high-volatility market conditions. You will directly influence Weltrade’s ability to expand globally with confidence, ensuring every financial decision strengthens compliance, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability. This is both a strategic and execution-heavy leadership role where you will design the financial framework while ensuring it is operationally embedded across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute Weltrade’s end-to-end financial strategy
- Build and optimize a unified financial ecosystem
- Ensure stability, scalability, and disciplined growth across multiple jurisdictions and currencies
- Manage FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and multi-currency liquidity management
- Partner with executive leadership teams to define and execute financial strategy
- Translate complex financial data into clear, strategic business decisions
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance) within fintech, trading, brokerage, or high-growth international environments
- Proven experience managing end-to-end financial operations, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and multi-currency liquidity management
- Strong background in regulated or high-risk financial environments (fintech, trading, payments, banking, or crypto), with hands-on exposure to compliance and audit processes
- Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership teams to define and execute financial strategy aligned with business growth and profitability objectives
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capability
Nice to Have
- Experience in FX, brokerage, or global trading platforms with retail client exposure
- Background in scaling finance functions in fast-growing or remote-first distributed organizations
- Experience working with PSPs, payment ecosystems, or liquidity providers
