About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager/Accountant to oversee financial accounting, reporting, and budget management for both our Ukrainian and US business entities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accounting records in QuickBooks for the US entity.
  • Manage accounting and tax reporting for Ukrainian LLCs, including Diia.City residency and audits.
  • Organize payroll calculations and salary payments.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring proper control of accounts receivable.
  • Prepare management reports (P&L, Cash Flow) and support strategic financial planning.
  • Analyze financial data to assess business performance.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in accounting (minimum 2 years) and at least 1 year in a financial management role within an IT company (product or service-based).
  • Proficiency in BAS, 1C, and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Knowledge of Ukraine’s general and simplified taxation systems.
  • Experience with international business operations (foreign economic activity).
  • Familiarity with online banking, including international transactions.
  • Experience working with Diia.City resident companies.
  • High attention to detail, responsibility, and efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills (business correspondence, cross-departmental collaboration).
  • English level: Intermediate.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with QuickBooks.
  • Experience in financial process automation.
