Finance Operations Analyst Ukraine

The person will prepare payment data, make basic checks, identify simple issues, support accounting preparation, and help answer courier payment claims.

Requirements

• Basic Excel skills: filters, sorting, totals, and simple formulas
• Attention to detail: carefully checks IDs, bank details, and payment amounts
• Comfort with routine work: ready to repeat the same daily payment tasks consistently
• Reliability and willingness to work: meets deadlines and follows the agreed process
• Willingness to learn and ask questions: previous Finance experience is not required
• Fluent Ukrainian and working English

Nice to Have

• Any experience with payments, bank operations, accounting support, billing, payroll, or data entry
• Experience with lookups or Pivot Tables in Excel
• Experience with 1C, an ERP, an accounting system, or a bank portal
