About the Position

Finance Transformation Manager

Accenture is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead significant transformation projects in Finance Strategy, Operating model, and Process design. This role is pivotal in helping clients reinvent their finance functions and achieve long-term transformation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects in Finance Strategy, Value Case, Operating model, Process design, Integrated Planning and Forecasting, and Global Business Services.
• Provide Finance Transformation services for clients, including Finance operating models, Finance organisation design, Finance process improvement, and digitisation.
• Work successfully with C-level leadership to deliver Finance related solutions across industry sectors in Australia.
• Manage and solve complex business problems.
• Advise on key Finance digital technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, and Onestream.
• Understand AI / Generative AI / Agentic and their potential impact on finance processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience within a top-tier consulting firm providing Finance Transformation services.
• Proven experience in delivering transformation projects to improve Finance functions.
• Proven history of working successfully with C-level leadership.
• Prior experience in developing and delivering Finance related solutions across industry sectors in Australia.
• Ability to manage and solve complex business problems.
• An undergraduate degree is necessary with qualifications in Finance highly regarded.
• Knowledge of the Australian Market.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Broad understanding of AI / Generative AI / Agentic and their potential impact on finance processes, with keen interest in emerging trends.

Nice to Have

• Advisory experience into key Finance digital technologies (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, Onestream etc.).
