Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Prepare regular financial reports, including revenue, expenses, P&L, and key financial KPIs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Collect, process, and validate financial data from internal systems, payment platforms, and external sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools.
• Monitor payments and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support internal controls, financial audits, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Automate financial reporting and improve reporting workflows and data management processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to support business initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
• Previous experience in FinTech, Payments, or Cryptocurrency companies will be an advantage.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).
• Experience working with SQL, relational databases, and Python (Pandas) for data analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Understanding of payment processing systems.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and digital asset markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

For this position, a minimum monthly salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Employees in Information and Consulting is foreseen. Overpayment in line with market standards, depending on your qualifications and professional experience, is intended.
