About the Position
Growe welcomes those who are excited to:
- Prepare budgets, including data verification, analysis, consolidation, and uploading data into the accounting system;
- Review payment requests to ensure compliance with company policies, budget limits, and approval procedures;
- Monitor expense budgets, analyze budget-to-actual variances, and investigate significant deviations;
- Prepare budget presentations and management reports.
Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, including data verification, analysis, consolidation, and uploading data into the accounting system;
- Review payment requests to ensure compliance with company policies, budget limits, and approval procedures;
- Monitor expense budgets, analyze budget-to-actual variances, and investigate significant deviations;
- Prepare budget presentations and management reports.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, including experience in a similar or related role;
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- Strong financial literacy and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software/systems.

- The ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
