About the Position
Growe is seeking a Payments/Banking Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. If you are excited to manage bank payments and cash flow, communicate with banks and payment service providers, and support KYC procedures, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Manage bank payments and cash flow
- Communicate with banks and payment service providers
- Support KYC procedures
- Prepare and collect required documents and invoices
- Respond to banks' requests in a timely manner
- Monitor all account balances
- Ensure timely recording of transactions and reconciliation of bank statements in the accounting system
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with international banks
- Experience handling corporate documents, including powers of attorney, statutes, board resolutions, and related documentation
- Practical experience with 1C and Excel
- Intermediate level of English
- Upper-Intermediate level of Ukrainian

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
