Financial Controller Operations

About the Position

Eurofiber is seeking a Financial Controller Operations to join their team in Maarssen, Netherlands, focusing on financial reporting and project control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust all investment projects (customer and network, CAPEX, IT, etc.) in collaboration with the business controller.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and complete financial reporting of these investments.
• Provide reliable steering information & KPIs.
• Manage the established KPIs such as "age of Work in Progress" / CAPEX-YAR ratio (Yearly added revenue).
• Serve as the financial contact for all projects from order to delivery.
• Implement process improvements within this domain.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• A hands-on mentality.
• Process-oriented thinking.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience as a project controller / plan controller.
