A leading global research center working with international organizations, funds, corporations, and governments announces a competition for the position of Financial Manager in Kyiv.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the development of project budgets
• Monitoring the implementation of the project budget and reconciling actual expenses for their compliance with budget classifications
• Forming requests for funding
• Preparing a plan-fact analysis of project implementation
• Providing donors and auditors with primary documents related to grant projects and preparing financial reports
• Coordination of contract terms within the framework of project implementation
• Initiation of payments within the framework of project implementation
• Closing special requests from management
• Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis Department

Requirements

• Higher education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics/finance
• Experience with 1C-8
• Experience in setting up processes, implementing ERP
• Experience with donor reports, audits, budgets for at least 2 years
• Skills in generating standardized reporting and/or participation in its development will be an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset
• English level (preferred) – B2
• Advanced Excel skills
• Readiness for very dynamic work and regular challenges
