About the Position
A leading global research center working with international organizations, funds, corporations, and governments announces a competition for the position of Financial Manager in Kyiv.

Responsibilities
- Participation in the development of project budgets
- Monitoring the implementation of the project budget and reconciling actual expenses for their compliance with budget classifications
- Forming requests for funding
- Preparing a plan-fact analysis of project implementation
- Providing donors and auditors with primary documents related to grant projects and preparing financial reports
- Coordination of contract terms within the framework of project implementation
- Initiation of payments within the framework of project implementation
- Closing special requests from management
- Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis Department
Requirements
- Higher education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics/finance
- Experience with 1C-8
- Experience in setting up processes, implementing ERP
- Experience with donor reports, audits, budgets for at least 2 years
- Skills in generating standardized reporting and/or participation in its development will be an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset
- English level (preferred) – B2
- Advanced Excel skills
- Readiness for very dynamic work and regular challenges
