About the Position
Join Pharmbills as a Financial Operator in Georgia, supporting the full cycle of financial processes for U.S. healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring financial transactions and account activity for accuracy and compliance
- Reconciling accounts and verifying payment data across systems
- Identifying and resolving financial discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Preparing and reviewing reports related to revenue cycle and account performance
- Collaborating with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders to streamline financial operations
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes with accurate documentation
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- English proficiency (B2+ level) - both written and verbal
- Experience in finance, accounting, billing, or data entry
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Confidence using spreadsheets, financial tools, or ERP systems
- A proactive mindset and willingness to solve problems independently
