About the Role and Team

RozetkaPay is a financial product of the Rozetka-EVO group of companies, which ensures the stable operation of the payment infrastructure for tens of thousands of Ukrainian businesses every day.

More than 270 specialists work on the development of the product: product and IT teams, customer support, commercial, operations department, and the financial and legal direction, which includes over 70 specialists.

You will join the Finance Analyst Team, a small expert team responsible for management reporting, financial analytics, and supporting business decision-making. The team currently consists of a financial analyst and a Team Lead, and works directly under the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and the CFO of RozetkaPay.

In this role, you will work with the company's financial data, help team leaders understand financial indicators, and participate in the development of financial planning and management reporting processes.

Team Tools:

• Excel / Google Sheets: Financial modeling, analysis, budgeting, and report preparation
• 1С (Enterprise, ZUP): Transition to IT-Enterprise planned for data collection and consolidation

Key Tasks:

• Reflecting personnel costs in management accounting, including the distribution of costs between operational and investment activities (CAPEX/Invest OPEX), capitalization of expenses, and depreciation of intangible assets
• Analyzing payroll, preparing relevant analytics, and providing advice to teams on payroll indicators in management accounting
• Preparing regular financial reports (P&L, Cash Flow, and other management reports)
• Participating in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and plans for the short and long term
• Monitoring financial results and controlling budget execution
• Participating in the automation of financial processes, especially during the implementation of new software
• Interacting with other teams to collect, verify, consolidate, and analyze financial data

This Role is Suitable for You If:

• You have experience as a financial analyst or financial manager, preferably in a product IT company
• You have worked with consolidated management reporting, budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting
• You have experience analyzing costs, particularly personnel costs
• You understand the main forms of financial reporting: P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet
• You know the principles of management accounting and financial planning
• You are detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and are responsible in handling data
• You can effectively communicate with different teams and explain financial indicators in simple terms
• You find solutions independently, work comfortably in uncertain conditions, and strive to improve processes
• You quickly adapt to changes and work comfortably in a dynamic environment
