About the Position
We are seeking a versatile Finnish Service and Operations Coordinator with experience in technical support, customer service, and restaurant management. Our ideal candidate has a rich background encompassing roles in technical support, customer service, and restaurant management.
Responsibilities
- Address customer queries and resolve technical issues as a Technical Support Agent.
- Excel in customer service, manage ticket sales, and handle payments as a Ticket Sales Representative.
- Oversee restaurant tasks, train new employees, and manage operational execution as an Assistant Shift Manager and Instructor.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and multitasking abilities as a Sandwich Artist.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Leadership, and Multitasking.
- Background in Restaurant Management and Training is a plus.
