About the Role

Generative Artificial Intelligence is profoundly transforming the way we design, develop, and industrialize digital solutions.

At Talan Sud-Est, our Data Analytics team, with 70 employees, already supports our clients on their Data, Cloud, and AI challenges. Today, we want to accelerate this dynamic by strengthening our GenAI expertise to design the next high-value solutions: business assistants, copilots, AI agents, RAG architectures, and solutions based on LLMs.

In this context, we are recruiting our future Forward Deployed Engineer AI.

You will contribute to imagining, designing, and industrializing innovative solutions for our clients, while participating in the structuring of our future GenAI community.

Responsibilities

As a Forward Deployed Engineer AI, you will be responsible for:

Designing and developing solutions based on LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and copilots.
Defining the technical architectures of GenAI projects and supporting their industrialization.
Conducting PoCs, MVPs, and production projects around Generative AI.
Participating in technology choices and staying updated on new models and frameworks.
Intervening in pre-sales phases and contributing to responses to calls for tenders.
Sharing your expertise through workshops, training, and technical communities.
Contributing to the development of our GenAI accelerators and assets.

Requirements

Passionate about Artificial Intelligence and new uses, you continuously experiment and love transforming innovations into concrete solutions.

You ideally have:

Significant experience in development, Data Science, AI, and GenAI.
Solid mastery of Python and the modern AI ecosystem.
Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or fine-tuning.
Good knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or equivalents.
A cloud and DevOps culture (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Strong technical curiosity and a pronounced taste for experimentation.

Experience with topics such as autonomous agents, MCP, Knowledge Graphs, MLOps, or AI Engineering is a real asset.

More than a diploma or a background, we are primarily looking for a passionate person, capable of challenging standards, testing the latest innovations, and sharing their discoveries with the rest of the team.
