Your Impact

We're looking for a Founding Growth Lead who will drive market expansion and accelerate adoption across the developer ecosystem. This critical role will own the entire growth funnel, from developer awareness and acquisition to engagement and retention. You will architect a technical growth engine, integrating product, engineering, and marketing to drive sustained developer adoption, accelerate activation and retention, and translate product adoption into revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and build the growth function from the ground up, establishing the technical infrastructure, frameworks, and repeatable processes that will scale.
• Develop and execute strategies to create, engage, and grow our audience across marketing channels and developer touchpoints.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to influence roadmap prioritization, pricing, and packaging strategy using growth data, funnel analysis, and user insights.
• Build a thriving developer ecosystem, fostering community engagement and advocacy.
• Coordinate high-impact product launches that generate significant visibility.
• Create viral campaigns leveraging product capabilities to reach and convert developers.
• Drive SEO, content strategy, and performance marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain marketing infrastructure, tracking, dashboards, and attribution tooling.
• Own technical content, from blog posts and landing pages to demo scripts and onboarding flows.

Requirements

• Former founder or seasoned growth leader with experience scaling early-stage, high-growth companies.
• Strong product or engineering background with technical fluency.
• Deep analytical skills: comfortable with growth modeling, cohort analysis, A/B experimentation, funnel diagnostics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Track record of running product launches and campaigns that directly accelerated adoption and revenue.
• Hands-on experience managing performance marketing budgets, paid channel strategy, and attribution across the full funnel.
• Thrive in ambiguity and see constant change as an opportunity, not an obstacle.
• Naturally spend nights and weekends hands-on with the latest technical innovations.
• Bring ideas and solutions, not org charts and territory-building.
• Consider marketing as a product surface that can be engineered and automated.
• Prior exposure to a product-led growth strategy and usage-based business model.
• BA/BS degree or higher, with technical degrees a plus.

We Offer

• Competitive salary range: $190,000 - $270,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
• On-site work in our South Bay office a few days a week.
