About the Position

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of our clients and finding the right talent to meet those needs while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various channels.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and job specifications.
  • Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
  • Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
  • Fluency in English and an additional language is a plus.
