About the Position

French-speaking HR Administrator

We are seeking a French-speaking HR Administrator to manage end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Respond to employee queries in French and English, providing first-line support and directing employees to the appropriate policies, procedures, or specialist teams.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Immigration, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent service.
• Maintain process documentation, trackers, service-level agreements, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and re-engineer HR processes while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and stakeholder service.

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least three years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or process management, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage competing priorities within agreed timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with French employment law, regulations, and HR practices.
• Experience working within an HR Shared Services environment.
• Experience reviewing, improving, or re-engineering administrative processes.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• A high school qualification, college diploma, or university degree.
