About the Product

You will be at the heart of building a new generation web-based application fully powered by AI technologies. This product is envisioned as a cutting-edge tool that redefines how professionals interact with complex data and workflows. We're not just adding AI features into an existing app. We are designing an AI-first experience from the ground up, where automation, personalization, and intelligence are embedded in every interaction. The application will combine scalability, intuitive UX, and deep AI integration to create a solution that is both technically robust and convenient to use.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, scalable UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.js
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance (WCAG standards)
• Collaborate with Back-End Engineers to integrate APIs
• Work with UX/UI Designers to transform designs into polished and intuitive interfaces
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in React applications

• State Management: Zustand + TanStack Query
• Forms: React Hook Form + Zod
• Routing: TanStack Router
• Monorepo orchestration: Turborepo

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with relevant certifications considered a plus
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, including SOLID, IoC, OOP, design patterns, and client-server architecture
• Expertise in React.js and modern state management approaches
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews
• Familiarity with authentication concepts and secure application development practices
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks
• Knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, and basic CI/CD processes
• Strong performance optimization skills, including profiling JavaScript and React applications, identifying bottlenecks, and maintaining high-performance user experiences
