Responsibilities
Product & Team Leadership

- Balance partner-specific customization with maintaining a single, scalable product core
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance
- Regularly communicate with the executive leadership team regarding product strategy, resource trade-offs, and business outcomes
AI & Automation
- Use AI and automation to accelerate product development, analytics, and decision-making across both business directions
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years leading product managers
- Experience working with marketplaces, two-sided platforms, on-demand, or logistics
- Strong understanding of unit economics, including the relationship between gross bookings, take rate, contribution margin, and the impact of incentives on both sides of a marketplace
- Ability to explain how product decisions affect take rate, CAC, LTV, and trip margins
- Experience with mobile products (iOS and Android) and high-load real-time systems
- Hands-on experience optimizing marketplaces, including supply-demand balance, liquidity, matching, and conversion rates
- Strong understanding of marketplace infrastructure, including matching/dispatch, pricing, ETA prediction, and supply positioning; you won't be expected to write code, but you should be comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with engineers
- Strong data-driven product management skills, including work with metrics, analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing
- Ability to define a long-term product strategy and translate it into a clear, actionable roadmap
- Ability to lead product managers and raise the overall quality of product management across the organization
- Experience driving cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Data, and Customer Support

- Experience launching products in new international markets
- Experience with B2B SaaS, including customer onboarding and product partnership support
- Understanding of the regulatory landscape for transportation and mobility services
