About the Position
В связи со стартом новых проектов и значительным расширением фронта работ мы ищем специалиста, который в первую очередь был бы сильным full stack разработчиком, но мог также взять на себя обязанности Team Lead, то есть организовывать рабочий процесс в команде, проводить code review, участвовать в процессе отбора новых сотрудников.
Задач много, задачи интересные, коллектив дружный. Не боимся начинать использовать новые технологии и переходить на новые версии старых.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services
- Write clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate with frontend team
- Organize the workflow in the team
- Conduct code reviews
- Participate in the recruitment process for new employees
Requirements
- Full Stack Development
- Experience with Hyperledger Fabric
- Experience leading a team of developers
- Ability to assemble a team of blockchain developers
- English proficiency: Upper Intermediate
