About the Position
We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Node.js/React/Next.js), Senior level to join a product for a fintech client: a time-tracking and project management platform built from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Build fintech product from scratch together with the team
- Develop full-stack features across a Node.js/TypeScript backend and a React/Next.js frontend
- Drive technical decisions and take ownership of delivery, not just pick up tickets
- Collaborate directly with the client on product direction and priorities
- Use AI tools as a core part of your daily development workflow
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack development
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Proven experience launching greenfield projects from scratch
- Strong ownership mindset and lead capabilities
- AI-first way of working: hands-on daily use of tools like Cursor, or similar
- Ability to hit the ground running and deliver from day one
- Very good English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech or SaaS products
- Background in time-tracking, project management, or productivity tools
