About the Products

Our product suite includes a range of Cloud/SaaS and traditional web applications built on a modern Java & React technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features as part of a high-performing team using the best tools and technologies.
• Manage the development process from feature implementation to final testing, focusing on automation with tools like Maven, npm, webpack, and Jenkins.
• Maintain high-quality standards by implementing test suites, checking code quality, reviewing pull requests, and defining/implementing company-wide solutions.
• Design and maintain the architecture, ensuring scalability and performance tuning.
• Participate in SCRUM standard meetings (Planning, Daily Standups, Demo sessions) in a 3-week sprint to drive the incremental evolution of the product.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills with various audiences (developers, business analysts, management, customers).
• Experience with:
  • Java EE stack/Spring
  • JavaScript
  • React
  • Redux
  • Build tools: Maven, npm, webpack
  • CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins or similar
  • Relational and NoSql databases
  • Docker
  • Azure, AWS
• Interest in continuously learning and improving current solutions.
• Familiarity with UNIX and Windows environments.
