About the Position
We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help our client build high-quality, reliable software solutions with a strong focus on testing and automation.

Our client is a genomics company focused on interpreting genetic diseases. They are building a next-generation genomics intelligence platform powered by advanced AI technologies, designed to streamline the interpretation process and improve how evidence is presented. This enables healthcare providers to deliver more accurate, personalized care and achieve significantly better outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities
- Own full-stack feature development across backend, frontend, and services.
- Build and maintain automation solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product managers in a cross-functional scrum team.
- Ensure software meets both customer expectations and quality standards.
- Drive best practices in testing, automation, and continuous delivery.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Take end-to-end ownership of solutions with a strong focus on quality and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong full-stack background with a focus on automation.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python (must-have)
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue or Angular (must-have)
- Solid understanding of automation infrastructure (e.g., Playwright or similar + pytest)
- Experience with GitHub and version control workflows.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS is a plus, but can be learned)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a scrum team.
- Upper-Intermediate English level skills.

- Experience working in regulated or quality-sensitive environments.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and attention to quality.
