Business Development Manager

About the Position

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help our client expand its presence in Ukraine’s Defence Tech ecosystem.

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Our client is an established European technology company developing advanced computer vision software for mission-critical video applications. Their technology enhances video quality through stabilization, low-light enhancement, phase leveling, and super-resolution, and is already gaining traction within Ukraine’s drone and defence sector.

As the client’s representative in Ukraine, you’ll build relationships with drone manufacturers, defence companies, and military stakeholders, generate new business opportunities, and drive the sales pipeline from first contact to partnership.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with drone manufacturers, defence companies, and system integrators.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Represent the client at meetings, demonstrations, and industry events.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions around computer vision solutions and SDK integrations.
• Gather market insights and share customer feedback with the product team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Technical Sales.
• Experience in Ukraine’s defence, drone, or dual-use sector.
• Technical understanding of software integrations and computer vision concepts.
• An existing network within the Ukrainian defence ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• A proactive, self-driven approach and excellent communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

Nice to Have

• Experience with UAV, ISR, or defence technologies.
• Existing relationships with Ukrainian drone manufacturers or defence integrators.
• Experience working with international technology companies.
• Naming five or more dishes that include beetroot besides borshch!
