About the Position

Full-stack Software Engineer (Flutter + Node.js)

We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-focused Full-Stack Developer with experience in Flutter and back-end development (NodeJS, Express, Typescript on Google Cloud/Firebase) to join our team in Poland. If you enjoy working with autonomy, collaborating on complex challenges, and contributing to meaningful, user-focused digital products, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Build cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience.
Develop and maintain scalable and reliable back-end services, including RESTful APIs, serverless functions, and databases.
Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define and deliver thoughtful, user-centered features.
Contribute to system architecture and technical planning across the front end and back end.
Ensure seamless integration between mobile applications and cloud-based services.
Continuously improve performance, accessibility, and reliability across the stack.
Actively participate in sprint planning, peer reviews, and team-wide knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Experience developing mobile apps with Flutter in a commercial or production environment.
Comfortable working with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g. NodeJS, Express, Typescript on Google Cloud/Firebase or similar).
Familiar with designing and building REST APIs and using cloud platforms (Google Cloud or Firebase preferred).
Understanding of mobile-first architecture and how to build scalable systems.
Exposure to modern development practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and agile ways of working.
Great communication skills, also in direct communication with clients, and openness to give and receive feedback.
Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish (at least B2/C1 level).

Nice to Have

Active contribution to the Flutter community.
DevOps experience (know your way around Google Cloud Infrastructure and CI/CD for mobile apps (Bitrise)).
