Full Stack Tech Lead

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead for our client, an IT company delivering IT projects for leading companies in the financial and automotive sectors. This role involves remote work and offers a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SCRUM team activities for the development of a critical air traffic management application;
• Contribute to the architecture and design of the application;
• Develop applications in accordance with established processes and standards;
• Create component tests and unit tests;
• Support the QA team in testing and developing automated tests;
• Create documentation and requirements;
• Perform code reviews;
• Work with technologies: JAVA 17, Linux environment (RHE), Docker, RabbitMQ, CQL (Cassandra), React, Jenkins, microservices/REST;

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java programming;
• Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles;
• Desire to work with clean, unit-tested, and maintainable code;
• Experience with SOA and microservices;
• Experience with REST, message brokers/AMQP, websockets;
• Experience with distributed systems and understanding of concepts (CAP theorem, redundancy, high availability, consistency protocols, etc.);
• CI/CD expertise;
• Experience with GO is a plus;
• Very good knowledge of English;
