Fullstack Go Developer

About the Position

Join a remote-friendly team as a Mid-level Fullstack Go Developer. Build scalable Go/React services for smooth shipping, with collaboration, growth, and great benefits. Fully remote from Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable cloud services using GoLang, React, and TypeScript.
• Build API-first integrations with e-commerce platforms and logistics providers.
• Enhance operational efficiency by automating processes within the platform.
• Own the full development cycle, from concept to deployment.
• Shape the technical roadmap, influence system design, and mentor junior engineers.
• Engage in pair programming and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Contribute to the evolution of the tech stack, best practices, and AI-driven development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience, with a strong full-stack background.
• Expertise in GoLang, TypeScript, React, AWS (App Runner, RDS, CloudWatch), and MySQL.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD and Pulumi (nice to have).
• A problem-solving mindset-you are excited by complex challenges and scalable solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in startups or agile environments is a must; you should be comfortable with rapid iteration.

Salary and Conditions

• Salary up to 6,000 Euro per month
• 100% remote from Poland
• B2B contract signed directly with our Client
