For an international Recruitment and Contract Staffing organization where one of our friends is a Board Member we are looking for the Head of Enterprise Sales for Contract Staffing.

The more exciting bit is that the company is based in Dubai and this is where the person needs to be (re)located.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise sales team for contract staffing
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
