As a Fullstack Softwareentwickler (m/w/d) HR-Automation at the CHECK24 Services Personal GmbH, you will develop modern web applications and integrate cloud-based tools for the automation of our HR processes – from applicant management to the employee lifecycle. You will not only be responsible for the development but also operate your applications independently and reliably using modern DevOps and GitOps tools.

What You Bring

You have very good knowledge in software development of web applications with Python (Django as Backend) and React/Typescript (Frontend)
You are enthusiastic about working in agile teams and are – like us – always looking for the best solution, not the quickest hack
HTTP REST APIs are second nature to you: Design, implementation, and integration are not new to you
AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude are used routinely by you, and you know exactly where they add real value in the developer's everyday life
You enjoy working with Git-/DevOps tools such as Ansible and Docker
Knowledge in handling databases (e.g., MySQL) is a plus
You are fluent in German in speech and writing at least at C1 level, so you can easily communicate with stakeholders

Your Tasks

You build interfaces to internal and external services like SmartRecruiters or Workday – and ensure that our systems communicate smoothly with each other
You develop services (e.g., for feedback processes) that are used daily by other teams – your code makes a direct difference
With a focus on monitoring and alerting components, you keep our systems in check and are the first to know if something is wrong
You support other teams in the realization of technical and subject-specific projects as well as in the monitoring and analysis of the applications to ensure the best results for our employees
