• Perform functional testing across different projects and business contexts.
• Understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure issues are clearly documented.
• Provide simple, direct, and actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support successful project delivery.
• Contribute effectively to more than one project when required.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in functional testing.
• Willingness and ability to learn complex business domains quickly.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented attitude.
• Clear communication style, with the ability to provide simple and straight-to-the-point answers.
• Proven track record of contributing successfully to multiple projects.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
