About the Position

We are looking for a Fund Admin Business Analyst | Banking to join our team in Hong Kong, China. Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant at Capco, you will have the opportunity to deepen and expand your expertise within the Securities Services domain, supporting large-scale change initiatives for leading global banks and financial services.

• Deliver Securities Services transformation projects across fund admin, transfer agency, or client servicing functions.
• Gain a good understanding of Fund Admin processes, controls, regulations, and industry standards.
• Work with senior stakeholders to define complex business problems, shape solutions, and support end-to-end delivery.
• Lead and support business and functional requirements gathering, including user stories, process flows, and technology alignment.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop structured quantitative and qualitative analyses to support operating model, regulatory, and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in consulting or Business Analysis / Project Management roles within Financial Services.
• Proven experience in delivering end-to-end projects for fund administration, transfer agency, or securities lending.
• Experience with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem-solving environments across the Capital Markets Sector.
• Outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), and work well in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in an environment that encourages continuous development and constructive peer feedback.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus but not mandatory.
