What will your day look like?

• Provide administrative support to management;
• Prepare documents and handle ad hoc tasks;
• Participate in projects that contribute to the company's growth, and track their progress;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions;
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
• Collect and analyze data to support projects and decision-making;
• Carry out administrative tasks related to projects;
• Adapt to new challenges and actively engage in learning.

Who are we looking for?

• 4th–5th year university student;
• Willingness to take on responsibility beyond expectations;
• High work ethic: reliability, pace, ability to prioritize + proactivity;
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to build positive working relationships;
• Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new challenges;
• Strong communication skills with a focus on clear and effective expression;
• Analytical, detail-oriented thinking and effective problem-solving;
• Technical proficiency and quick learning of new tools.
