Game Designer (Mid / Senior)

We are seeking a talented Game Designer (Mid / Senior) to join our innovative team and transform ideas into captivating gaming experiences.

Responsibilities

• Development of concepts and game mechanics for mobile applications with gamification (quests, progression, achievements, events, reward systems).
• Design and balance of in-game economy (currencies, bonuses, VIP systems) and monetization systems.
• Creation and maintenance of documentation: GDD, prototypes, flow, wireframes.
• Analysis of key metrics (retention, engagement, ARPU / LTV), participation in A/B tests, optimization of features.
• Collaboration with the product team (PM, analysts, designers, developers) for the implementation of ideas.
• Tracking trends in game development and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in game design for mobile products / F2P / gamification.
• Experience in launching features that have impacted user attraction, retention, and monetization.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation: GDD, prototypes, flow.
• Knowledge of the principles of game economy balancing and reward systems.
• Analytical thinking, experience with metrics and A/B tests.
• Communicativeness and ability to clearly convey ideas to the team.
• English - for reading documentation and communication (B2+).
